Ski Slope "Pian dei Nidi"
The whole Sappada ski resort has 25 km of slopes, served by skilifts or chairlifts, from the valley up to 2000 m. The snow is guaranteed through all the winter season by a system of snow making machines covering the 90% of the runs.
A perfect sized ski area to fulfil skiers of all levels of skill, developed through the forests in full respect of the environment and landscape.

Sappada is the kingdom of the COUNTRY SKIING. The 15 Km ring is all along the valley, very much technical and often used for international races. It is the best and most relaxing way to discover the most silent and uncontaminated winter side of the valley.

A fantastic opportunity for kids to make their first steps on the snow is given by several easy ski facilities located just about the village in a sunny place.
It is one of the most special feature of Sappada, a real paradise for the children (and their parents, of course) .
Last but not least, there are opportunities for Alpine skiing, snow boarding and other winter sports and activities,
including NEVELANDIA, the brand new amusement park on the snow.

But Sappada is not just for the skiers. If you prefer to enjoy the charming winter time atmosphere of the mountain, with its pure and fresh air, all you have to do is walking on the snow, through the forest or along the antique village in a really restoring relax.
